About Taste of East Cobb
Taste of East Cobb will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church.
Taste of East Cobb is a food festival and community event that has become an annual tradition since 2006. Last year we had a record attendance and hope that 2024 is even bigger!
The Taste of East Cobb experience includes:

- A delicious variety of menu items from the area’s finest restaurants.
- A Kids’ Zone with huge inflatables and fun hands-on activities, including sand art, and face painting!
- Great live entertainment, featuring performances by Walton High School’s jazz bands.
- Unique products and services offered by local vendors.
- A silent auction of valuable merchandise.
- The “Best of Taste of East Cobb” voting competition.
The event is rain or shine. Come on sunshine!
An Annual Tradition in East Cobb
Since its inception in 2006, the Taste of East Cobb showcases the best of East Cobb’s local restaurant talent with chefs offering a delicious variety of tastings from their menus.
Taste tickets will be available on-site and online for purchase and cost only $1.00 each. Tastes will range from 1-5 tickets per serving. Event goers can also discover unique products from local vendors as well as participate in a silent auction with many unique opportunities for great deals on valuable items.
Taste of East Cobb is organized by the Walton Band Parents Association. We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that exists to provide financial, logistical, and administrative support to the Walton band program. All proceeds from Taste of East Cobb directly benefit the outstanding and award-winning band program at Walton High School, which is one of Georgia’s premier public high schools.
