2026 Restaurant Application

Each restaurant booth includes:
*one 10' x 10' white, open canopy tent
*three (3) 6' tables with tablecloths and skirting
*two (2) chairs
*one (1) identification sign
*menu signage with ticket pricing
*and (1) 500-amp outlet, if requested below. Additional outlets are $10 each.

Application Fee: $350.  Application fee is nonrefundable.

Note: The deadline for application and payment is Friday, March 20, 2026. Applications are only considered submitted and complete when payment is received.

The TOEC Committee reserves the right to:

  • approve or deny all applicants,
  • relocate or reassign exhibition booths at any time for the overall benefit of the TOEC,
  • and prohibit any action by an exhibitor that is contrary to the purpose of TOEC/Walton Band and to eject any exhibitor for such action.

Event is rain or shine.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Complete application below.
  2. Submit payment online.
  3. Submit restaurant logo through this form  in .JPG/PNG format or to tasteofeastcobb@gmail.com.
  4. Email a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Taste of East Cobb as an additional insured to tasteofeastcobb@gmail.com. Certificate should show evidence of coverage including event date: 5/2/26.

Is electricity required for your booth? Booth comes with (1) 500-amp outlet if requested.
Most restaurants offer 2-3 menu items.
Example: grilled, baked, fried, no cooking required.

In addition, your restaurant agrees to comply fully with the terms and conditions as outlined in the TOEC Exhibitor Rules & Regulations, and absolve Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and WBPA from any loss, claims, and damages arising on the day of the event.

Cobb County Health Department will not be onsite to certify each restaurant’s compliance with the Health Department regulations. However, each restaurant is responsible for abiding by and completing all steps of the Self-Inspection Checklist for Temporary Food Facilities. The completed checklist must be displayed at the booth through the event.
